1. Order cancellation policy

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been shipped. In such cases, you may contact our customer service team directly to process the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or if more than 48 hours have passed since confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible.

Our team will process your request upon receipt. If the cancellation is accepted, we will notify you of the decision and process the refund within the allotted timeframe.

3. Refund procedure
